Kareela – Sutherland Shire Sydney
Roy & Jodie, Dubai, UAE
Private treaty negotiation
Navigating the competitive Sydney property market while living abroad is no easy feat and these expat client’s had certainly done their homework on buyers agents in Sydney when they initially reached out to us. After a few Skype calls and email exchanges to address Roy and Jodie’s initial questions and concerns we were over the moon when they told us they wanted to work with us. Soon after, we got started and their search was well and truly underway. It had been some time since Roy and Jodie had lived in Sydney and they were excited to be returning home with a young family and starting their next chapter in their forever home. Community, schools and a home they could grow into and put their own stamp on was high on the list of what they were looking for. Their search area and budget were clearly defined which helped us to constantly narrow and shortlist suitable candidates throughout their search. Time zone differences were maximised with us sending prompt regular updates after each inspection so feedback could be received and considered quickly. After a good selection of homes were inspected and a few ruled out for various reasons the perfect home came to us. Through keeping in touch with local agents we became aware of an upcoming listing that we knew would tick most of Roy and Jodie’s boxes. After our initial inspection we moved straight into due diligence mode to ascertain more about the property. Once that was known we followed through with an offer. After some back and forth we moved to close the deal and take the property off the market. Roy and Jodie were delighted with their purchase and we thoroughly enjoyed working with them.
What the client had to say
Making our first property investment back in Sydney while living abroad was made easy by Shelley from Albion Avenue. Her experience, market insight and most importantly clear communication and follow through made all the difference for us. Thank you for getting us over the finish line.
